CCCinemasIncredible!Thank you, Emu Shalev and Rabbi Fohrman! This has been an incredible journey. I was absolutely hooked in every season. I hope you bring this podcast back! You are both so insightful, witty, funny, and thought provoking. I am truly inspired.

ddg415Reading from a Christian PerspectiveI found this podcast through BEMA, one of the Rabbi’s students (highly recommended). After listening to Bema’s teaching on Genesis I had to get answers to the burning questions that were presented. I searched and found Rabbi Forhmam. Both podcasts bring a beautiful perspective to scripture that helps to cure the “lullaby effect” so many of us experience after years of reading God’s word. I might not agree with all the premises that are presented by the podcaster(s) but nevertheless, the deep study of the original language and the refreshing perspective brings new life to scripture. Thank you!

RVATexanA world of wonder.I’m a Christian listener. I love this podcast. From my perspective it brings out color, depth, and clarity to the Bible. It creates a sense of wonder, that fosters an appetite for Scripture. Jews and Christians alike should give this a listen.

JessieSalleeLove thisI love this podcast and all Aleph Beta podcasts/ resources. Finishing up The Beast That Crouches… and there are so many new insights I’ve heard on this after the book was published. Is there something on aleph beta app that links the gaps between book to your new research ? Love all you do ! Thanks!

PboThis must have been what it felt like……when they discovered the Dead Sea Scrolls. There’s a sense of uncovering God’s word and wisdom in layer upon delicious layer of examination, analysis, and inspired revelation. The Bible truly is a Book Like No Other, and I am only just learning how true that is, thanks to this podcast. I can’t wait for more!

C-BizkitMind. Blowing. This is Bible study par excellence. Rabbi Fohrman is reading the Bible the way it wants to be read and unlocking meaning along the way that is powerful, transcendent, and transformative. This is a must-listen for anyone who reads the Bible!

Tsadeq1Most in-depth Torah teaching and analysis anywhereAleph Beta is by far the best Torah teaching and analysis anywhere by anybody. I only wish they believed Yeshua is the Messiah.

RlopezbocaInsightful and thought-provokingI love how Rabbi Fohrman uses his Torah and Hebrew knowledge to make insightful and meaningful connections within the Torah. Imu helps us walk-through and asks the questions that I would likely ask. This is a fantastic podcast for Jews and Christians alike.

a curious studentA tree of lifeThis particular episode made me think about the Torah. The Torah is referred to as a tree of life to all who hold fast to it. Is the Torah the same as the tree in the garden that Adam and Eve were not supposed to eat from? This is what I thought after hearing this episode.

YonahLBlown AwayAs usual, I’m absolutely blown away by Rabbi Fohrman and Emu’s analyses. I usually start off skeptical, but somehow almost always end up being totally invested in their interpretation of the Torah. Can’t wait for the next episode! (Also, I totally think the Tree’s reappearance is the burning bush– “v’hasneh einenu ukal: and the tree was not consumed/eaten…”

ShaunN55I LOVE This Book Like No Other!!I am a Bema Podcast listener. It was there I first heard about Rabbi Forhman. I quickly picked up his book “The Exodus You Almost Passed Over”. His book “Sin Crouching at Your Door” is on its way to my home. I have been hoping he would do a podcast and this is, even just one episode in, exactly, as awesome, as I thought it would be! Thank you for making Mondays so fun!! Here in this podcast is where I believe so many of those question marks in my Bible will finally be addressed if not answered. Not with pat answers of: Well because He is The LORD He can do whatever He wants to do. Which never felt satisfying and never felt like they fit for a supposedly loving and logical God. This is exciting and I’m already telling my friends to tune in with me!

slcicrksidokeA teacher like no otherRabbi Fohrman is a teacher like no other, able to take complicated questions and provide answers that seem so obvious and true after he explains them that you wonder why you didn’t see them before. I love his thought process and the way he presents evidence. He frequently provides analogies across multiple disciplines (history, science, literature, poetry, movies, etc) that help deepen my understanding of the biblical text. He and Imu are a team like no other, and so far, the podcast A Book Like No Other is living up to its name.

King1886RanchExcited for this podcast!I’m a huge fan of Rabbi Fohrman and I’m beyond excited for this podcast. Only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is due to formatting. Less narrating and more conversation please! You don’t need all the cute music and narrative inserts. Either way I’ll be a devote listener, what an incredible opportunity to learn from Fohrman’s years of research and experience in the Torah.
